Founded in 1987 on the charming streets of Nice, Test Bakery has been serving the community with authentic French baked goods for over three decades.
Our founder, Maître Boulanger Jean-Pierre, brought recipes passed down from his grandmother in Provence. Today, his granddaughter Marie continues the tradition, blending classic techniques with modern creativity.
Every loaf, every croissant, every tart is made from scratch using organic flour, local butter, and seasonal ingredients sourced from the Côte d'Azur markets.
